Pricing questions
What counts as a branch?
A location with its own stock and its own shifts. A kiosk or a second till in the same shop is not a branch.
Is VAT included?
Prices are ex-VAT; 15% VAT is added on the invoice, which Basmtak Books issues as a ZATCA tax invoice.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan and pay by card. Nothing is charged before you do, and your data waits for you.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply at once; the difference is prorated.
Do you charge per device?
One till per branch is included in every plan; each extra till is SAR 49 a month, ex-VAT, on either term, added before the volume discount. Kitchen display, call board, customer display, kiosk and waiter devices pair at no extra charge — only tills count. The trial has no device limit.
Is there a bundle with HR or Books?
Yes: from 159 per branch per month on the annual term when you also have an annual Basmtak HR or Books subscription. It is set on your account by our team.
