1Who we are
Basmtak Cashier is made by Clouds Line for Information Technology, the Riyadh company behind Basmtak HR — attendance, leave and payroll for Saudi companies — and Basmtak Books, ZATCA-compliant accounting. Cashier is the third product of the family and the one that lives on the counter.
2Why a third product
Our HR customers run cafés and shops. Their tills did not speak to their rosters, their accountants retyped sales, and the internet went down at the worst hour. We built the till we wished they had: offline-first, signed on the device, posting one journal per shift, with the cashier's PIN as the punch.
3What we do not claim
ZATCA certifies establishments' integrations, not software products; Cashier produces Phase-2 compliant invoices and completes the Fatoora onboarding for you. Aggregator feeds, Salla and Zid sync, SoftPOS and gift cards are in onboarding. UAE tenants are a Pro preview.
4Where your data lives
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on infrastructure we operate, under the PDPL. The till keeps an encrypted local ledger so it can sell offline; the server keeps the record of truth.
