Basmtak Cashier runs on iPad, Windows, Mac, Android, Sunmi handhelds and any browser. Below is the catalogue the back office shows: what our device lab has certified, what is supported through a documented path, and what works with a caveat.
Arabic as a bitmap
Receipts print Arabic as an image, never through printer code pages — every ESC/POS printer renders them right.
Drawer through the printer
The cash drawer opens from the printer's DK port. USB-only drawer triggers are not supported.
Up to four terminals per till
Over ECR on the LAN, beside the register. No card number ever reaches the till.

Which devices count
Every plan includes one till per branch; an extra till is 49 SAR per till per month. Kitchen displays, call boards, customer displays, kiosks and waiter handhelds pair at no extra charge.
